1. Returns and Refunds We accept returns and refunds only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged or defective.
• You received an incorrect item compared to what was ordered.
• The product is expired or does not meet quality standards.
• We do not accept returns for perishable products (e.g., fresh foods, honey, opened legumes) for food safety reasons, except in cases of damage or defects.

2. Refund Request Procedure If you encounter an issue with your order, please:

• Include in your request:
  • The order number.
  • Photos of the received product showing the issue.
  • A brief description of the issue. After reviewing the request, you will receive instructions for return or refund, if applicable.

3. Refund Methods If the refund is approved, the payment will be returned via the same method used for the purchase within 7-10 working days.

4. Shipping Costs In case of an error on our part or a defective product, return shipping costs will be covered by us. In the case of a return not due to our fault, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

5. Exceptions We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Opened or used products.
• Items purchased on promotion or discounted, except for defects.
• Delivery delays due to force majeure (e.g., transportation issues, customs).
