Ogliarola of Vùlture
It is the most widespread cultivar in Vùlture, as well as the most important and distinctive variety, which defines and frames the regulations of the 'DOP Vùlture'. It is a medium-vigor oil cultivar with good productivity. Its oil is characterized by an excellent oleic acid content and outstanding levels of total phenols, especially when harvested at the very beginning of ripening, as done by 'Le Querce di Annibale'. With a medium fruity profile of a mature type, it tends to have a naturally sweet taste, with a hint of mild bitterness and a lingering spiciness.variety of olive from Melfi
It is a medium-vigor oil cultivar. It enters production early and has good and, most importantly, consistent productivity. Its oil has a high oleic acid content and a good amount of total phenols. It has a green-colored fruity profile with a pleasant bitter and spicy taste, especially when harvested at the optimal time. These characteristics make it a product of the highest quality.
